Sr. Digital Experience Designer
Goal: Bring innovation with a new design and incorporate new technology for the retirement app with 4 million participants.

Challenge: Rose to the challenge of taking over the financial app, which serves over 4M users, after 70% of the team resigned. Met phase 1 (personas, user flows, IA for navigation)deadline on time.
Approach: Worked directly with the stakeholders and product owners on UX priorities. Set up weekly meetings and workshops when necessary. Resourcefulness was key in meeting with SMEs and digging into customer data.
What I did with my team:

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve evolving business goals with innovative digital solutions. Meet R1 and R1.5 deadlines 2021 and March 2022.

Developing team communications and finding resources when staff was low
